Tollgate Storage is owned by North Light Properties, LLC and was created to provide additional storage options for residents and businesses in and around West Winfield, New York.
Our experience in self-storage began with Mini Storage at "The Mill", located in the nearby Village of West Winfield. After successfully developing and operating that facility, it became clear that there was continued demand for clean, convenient, locally operated storage in the surrounding area.
When the opportunity arose to repurpose the former bowhunting store property on Route 20, we saw a chance to give the building a new purpose while expanding the storage options available to the community. What had once been an achery and retail space was transformed into Tollgate Storage, with the goal of creating a practical, accessible facility for people who live, work, own property, or do business nearby.
The transformation took a significant amount of work, and we are proud of what the property has become. Throughout this page, we would like to share some of the before-and-after photos that show how the former store was converted into a modern storage facility.
At Tollgate Storage, our focus is straightforward: provide a clean, convenient and easy-to-use storage option while continuing to invest in properties and services that are useful to the local community.
